ABA SECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW: LAW STUDENT ACTION GROUP COMMITTEE – IP WEBINAR [OCT. 26, 2015]

Franklin Graves, in-house counsel for a classical music company in Nashville, TN, is currently serving as a Young Lawyer Fellow for the American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL). He has reached out to our FIU Law students in his capacity as the leader of the Law Student Action Group specifically for law students within the ABA-IPL. His goal is to provide an opportunity for law students to get involved and gain hands-on experience within this fascinating practice field. Opportunities range from working with practicing attorneys across the nation (and world) to draft articles, legislative comments and policy considerations to attending ABA events as a “Law Student Reporter” and more!

ABA SECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW: LAW STUDENT ACTION GROUP COMMITTEE – LAW STUDENT REPORTERS PROGRAM [DEADLINE: NOV. 9, 2015]

Wayne Cox, Vice Chair of an ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law committee called the Law Student Action Group invites our FIU Law students to apply to the Law Student Reporters Program. Participants selected for the Program are given complimentary registration to the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law’s 31st Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference this coming April in Bethesda, Maryland. During the Conference, students attend the Section’s premier CLE programs and network with intellectual property law attorneys both from across the nation and around the world while reporting on the content of the CLE programming via social media. This is a great opportunity for you to distinguish yourselves in the area of intellectual property law.
