ABA WOMEN RAINMAKERS SPRING 2015 LOCAL PROGRAMMING EVENT: “FINDING YOUR TRUE GRIT” [MAY 15, 2015]
The Spring 2015 program is part of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession’s “The Grit Project,” designed to educate women lawyers about the key traits of “grit and growth mindset” that many successful women lawyers possess. The planned interactive workshop will help attendees learn how a grit and growth mindset can help them overcome barriers in the workplace, identify their own capabilities in this regard, and learn techniques to implement the grit approach in their careers.
