FIU LAW HOSTING AMERICAN COLLEGIATE MOOT COURT ASSOCIATION 2015 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT [JANUARY 16-17, 2015]

The law school will garner national exposure as host. The event is of particular importance as many of the participants eventually apply and attend law school; this venue will allow FIU Law to showcase both the law school and Miami.

The tournament consists of 80 teams from undergraduate universities all around the country. Due to the magnitude of this tournament, we will need the assistance of many volunteers to either judge, act as bailiffs, or be a timekeeper.

Please find below the date and times in which judges are needed and reply as soon as possible to Alma Miró letting her know of your availability to volunteer as a judge or for information on what time slots are needed to be filled for bailiff and timekeeper positions.

*JUDGES NEEDED FOR:

January 16^th @ 12:30 P.M. – 3 P.M. (Round Two A&B) – 80 Judges needed
January 16^th @ 3 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. (Round Three A&B) – 80 Judges needed
January 17^th @ 9 A.M. – 12 P.M. (Round Four and Five A&B) – 80 Judges needed
