ABA TORT TRIAL & INSURANCE PRACTICE SECTION – AVIATION & SPACE LAW COMMITTEE WRITING COMPETITION [DEADLINE: SEPT. 9, 2022]
Topic: A recent development in any area of aviation or space law or discussing an area of aviation or space law where a controversy or disagreement exists
Awards: The winner is given a $500 cash award and up to $1500 reimbursement for hotel and transportation expenses to attend and speak at the ABA TIPS Aviation Litigation Conference in Washington, DC on October 27-28, 2022. The winning paper will also be published in an upcoming edition of the TIPS Aviation and Space Law Committee’s newsletter.
