DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY SUMMER LAW CLERK PROGRAM [DEADLINE: NOV. 1, 2016]

On-campus interviewing has concluded for the Don Pathways Internship (Law Clerk) Program and the second phase has begun. Be sure to read the announcement very closely for what is required within this portion of the application process. The selected student for this position will serve as a Student Trainee (Law Clerk) in the Department of the Navy Office of the General Counsel (OCG).

Law Clerks will assist attorneys in performing legal research and writing and preparing legal memoranda covering a wide range of topics relating to all aspects of the OGC areas of practice, acquisition, civilian personnel, ethics and standards of conduct, Freedom of Information (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), fiscal business and commercial and intellectual property.
