FEDERAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN TAX [AUG. 29, 2023]

The DOJ is partnering with other Federal Tax employers and hosting a panel discussion on Federal Career Opportunities in Tax.

The panel will be moderated and will include a United States Tax Court judge, attorneys from the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel, Capitol Hill and the Department of Justice Tax Division. This event will provide law students with the opportunity to meet attorneys from diverse backgrounds who will discuss their career paths and opportunities available for law students and graduates with their employers.

THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S HONORS PROGRAM (HP) & SUMMER LAW INTERN PROGRAM (SLIP) AT THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE [AUGUST 2023 WEBINARS]

The Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management (OARM) is excited to announce that the Attorney General’s Honors Program (HP) and Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP) application opens on Monday, July 31, 2023. Applications must be submitted via the online application by Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET. DOJ has many great opportunities through the HP for third-year law students and eligible graduates and for second-year students through the SLIP.

OARM will be hosting HP and SLIP Application Tips Webinars in early August. To accommodate different time zones, you have three chances to attend. You will find webinar access information below. These webinars will not be recorded. Please review the application, available July 31, 2023, prior to the webinars and come prepared with questions.
