EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION (EEOC) – INVESTIGATOR JOB OPENINGS [DEADLINES: DECEMBER 4-8, 2014]

Roughly 47 EEOC investigator job openings have been posted, located in a couple dozen EEOC offices around the country.  If you are interested in and qualified for this opportunity to help enforce the nation’s civil rights laws, you are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for people who are interested in working to remedy the societal problem of discrimination in the workplace.  As an EEOC Equal Opportunity Investigator, you will investigate cases for the lead civil rights agency responsible for enforcing federal laws that prohibit employment discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability and genetic information.

 

JUDICIAL INTERNSHIP WITH THE HONORABLE ALAN FORST, 4TH DIST. COURT OF APPEAL [DEADLINE: DECEMBER 21, 2014]

Judge Forst is seeking a law student to begin a judicial internship in January 2015 and to continue for part of or the entire spring semester.  The internship will primarily involve legal research and writing.

Who: 2Ls and 3Ls

Where: West Palm Beach, FL

Requirements:

Skills: *Law Review and/or Moot Court preferred

Submission components: (1) Resume, (2) unofficial transcript and (3) writing sample
