JONATHAN W. CUNEO COSAL/JUSTICE CATALYST FELLOWSHIP [DEADLINE: DEC. 1, 2023]

We are excited to seek applications this Fall for our new fellowship in collaboration with the Committee to Support Antitrust Laws, or COSAL.

The goal of the new fellowship is to enable new lawyers to pursue antitrust litigation as a crucial tool for accountability within the U.S. legal system, with a particular focus on facilitating the advancement of underrepresented individuals within the antitrust field, emphasizing inclusivity, fairness, and equal opportunity.

About Jonathan W. Cuneo

Jonathan W. Cuneo, co-founder of the Committee to Support Antitrust Laws (COSAL), was a prominent figure in antitrust litigation, championing consumer rights against influential entities. His achievements include pivotal victories against auto parts manufacturers, Enron, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., and on behalf of holocaust survivors. A founding partner of   Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca law firm, Mr. Cuneo also co-founded the American Antitrust Institute and the National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys in addition to COSAL.

The Jonathan W. Cuneo COSAL/Justice Catalyst Fellowship is a tribute to his legacy, fostering a path for emerging leaders in antitrust litigation to continue the pursuit of accountability against powerful entities.
