FLORIDA SUPREME COURT, JUSTICE R. FRED LEWIS – STAFF ATTORNEY
The minimum salary for staff attorneys is $50,908.00. Appointments above the minimum may be made based on experience, but positions usually are filled at the minimum due to budget constraints.

Requirements: Judicial Clerkship application procedure – Primary selection criteria: Class rank; law review or comparable; writing and research experience; life experiences and accomplishments
Submission components: (1) Cover letter, including statement of interest in clerkship, (2) resume, including GPA, class rank, life experiences and accomplishments, (3) writing sample, (4) list of references, and (5) transcripts (law school and undergraduate)
